Why I liked this title:
Wanda is a very shy and quiet girl. She is always wearing the same dress to school every day. One day while her classmates are admiring a girl's new dress, Wanda tells the girls she has "a hundred dresses at home." Of course her classmates do not believe her and the teasing begins. It is not until Wanda moves away that they find out the truth about Wanda's hundred dresses. This book is a short, sweet book that will hopefully make the reader think twice about teasing someone.
This title is also available on cassette and compact disc.
