Youth Services started the Halloween holiday a little early with a special program just for kids. More than thirty children gathered to dance the “Monster Mash,” make trick-or-treat bags, and parade their finest Halloween costumes through the whole Library. Some of the librarians even gave out candy! Take a look at the fun...
